Make the module Orchard 1.7 compatible

Naturally only actual after the 1.7 release. There is only one place breaking since DefaultContentDisplay's ctor has a new argument. See the fixed ProfilingContentDisplay class here.

Don't store external libs in bin folder

Please place external libs like MiniProfiler.dll into a separate folder (e.g. Libs). This way common ignore filters or harsher clean-ups won't take them.
